This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home carries a Southwest-chic feel throughout, built for groups who want room to spread out without losing the sense of togetherness that makes a trip memorable. Outdoor Living The private pool is heated and open year-round, available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM for sunlit afternoons or a quiet evening swim under the stars. A private hot tub sits nearby for unwinding after a full day, and the patio, furnished with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill, makes an easy spot for a shared meal or a slow morning coffee. Sun loungers along the pool deck round out the outdoor setup. Sleeping Arrangements The home sleeps up to 13 guests, including infants, with a maximum of 8 adults. Bedrooms come dressed with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets, giving everyone a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring. The layout is suited to multiple families or groups traveling together, with enough separation to give each party its own corner of the home. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking real meals during your stay, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishes and silverware for the table. Wine glasses are included for evenings that call for a bit more. Gather around the dining table for dinner together or put together a simple breakfast before heading out. Family-Friendly Touches A high chair and Pack ‘n Play are on hand for the youngest guests, and premium strollers, including single, double, and double-with-triple-attachment options, are available for rent to make getting around with little ones easier. Bathrooms Three bathrooms are stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and hot water, keeping mornings simple even with a full house. Comfort and Connectivity Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable in any season, and Wifi runs throughout for streaming on the Roku-equipped TV. A washer and dryer are available in-unit at no extra cost, so packing light is no problem. Self check-in with a smart lock means arrival is simple and flexible, whatever time you land. Safety and Parking The property includes exterior security cameras, a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher. Free parking is available on-site for the length of your stay. Location From here, Disneyland, Universal Studios, and the beaches of Orange County are all within reach, making this a central base for spending days out and evenings back together at the house. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 3 minivans). Must not encroach into sidewalk. Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
