Simply elegant studio located at the Inn at High Falls, lovely restored perfect for a single traveler or couple! The studio is located on a ground floor of the barn which is perfect for people who cannot handle stairs very well. It is one of three self contained units on the property with a shared yard. There is a main house and carriage house. The studio and loft are in the carriage house. The cozy space has a mini-frig, microwave, and coffee maker. Anything else you need, just let us know! The space It is cozy and elegant tastefully redone. Our home is served by a private artisan well drilled into the local bedrock. This area naturally contains sulfur in the rock, which means our water has a mild sulfur smell and taste. After periods of heavy rain, the water can temporarily pick up a bit more sulfur as it filters through the ground - this is completely normal for wells in this region. The water is safe and is fine for showering. It is also safe for cooking and drinking but bottled spring water dispensers are provided in each unit. Most guests tell us they stop noticing it after the first day or two. And we have an extensive water system to treat water specifically that contain sulfur to minimize the effect. We wanted to mention it up front so you know exactly what to expect! Guest access Guest have access to the first floor of the barn.
