Bedroom outlets and televisions: There are no outlets in one bedroom. There is one television in one bedroom. All rooms do not have televisions. As noted, this property is historic aged home in Uptown New Orleans with many irreplaceable architectural details throughout the house. As such, we expect all of our guests to respect the home as if it were there own. Due to its age, the stairway between the first and second floors is a bit steep and narrow. There is a single point where those over 6' may need to lower their head to pass. Aside from the floor-to-ceiling middle window leading to the front porch, please refrain from opening the windows as they are original to the home and require special handing. Emergency second floor ladders are located in two rooms with king beds. One ladder is located in the large closet, the other is under the bed. Please do not remove or relocate these ladders. Use the ladders in the case of fire or other emergencies that would not allow you to exit the second floor through the stairwell. Please review our Neighborhood Description and Getting Around sections before inquiring about our distance to various City landmarks and destinations. Please review our House Rules section before inquiring about the possibility of early check-in; we will be unable to confirm early check-in far in advance of your trip. You may reach out to us with those requests shortly before your arrival date. New Orleans is prone to hurricanes and other storms, sometimes outside of the normal season. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, we HIGHLY SUGGEST that you purchase trip insurance or book closer to your travel dates. Registration Details 22-CSTR-12592, 22-OSTR-08383
