Our Seabrook Island villa is walking distance to 3 pools(1 indoor), playground, basketball court, nationally ranked tennis center, an equestrian center, state of the art fitness center, bike trail and a catch/release fishing pond. Enjoy a private Villa Association pool, included with your stay! Other things to note You will have access to the villas pool and the Lake House pool at no additional charge. The Lake House pool is right across the street from the villa and is open year round and is not heated. You will need to pick up a card from the Amenity Office in order to access the pool. Amenity cards may be purchased for a daily or weekly fee of $300week or $50/day. Only 1 card is required per family. The amenity card gives you access to the oceanfront pools at the Beach club. It also gives you access to golf, tennis and the equestrian center and the restaurants on the island. Gate pass for one car is included in the rental price. If an additional pass is needed for an additional car there will be a $40 charge for this. Only 2 car passes are allowed
