Outside Cameras: The City of South Lake Tahoe requires 2 exterior cameras to monitor number of guests and cars. Noise Device: The City of South Lake Tahoe requires an interior noise monitor that will alert owners about parties. Parking: Max 2 cars allowed. You must park only in the paved, designated spaces on the property—no street or unpaved parking allowed. Noise & Quiet Hours: Outdoor amps, music, or noisy equipment are not allowed. Also, quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am. Trash & Wildlife Safety: Keep trash secured in the provided bear‑resistant container—no bags left out, and don’t leave food in vehicles. It is common to see bears in the area. Parties & Events: Weddings, large gatherings, and commercial activities are strictly prohibited. Enforcement: The city enforces these rules strictly.
