One of three that were part of Rimrock Ranch Bar Lazy-R, a "dude ranch" where VIPs and movie stars would stay as they were filming westerns in the Sedona area or relaxing. In the 60’s it was Mobster getaway hiding spot. The ranch house sits on the top of the hill with panoramic 360 degree views of forestry land, local homes & farms, with scenic pinions. Part of our cleaning process also includes a commercial grade ozone machine to clean the air and surfaces. Guest access Entire home is accessible to guests. Guests are also able to walk the ranch, being mindful if there are animals present. Deer will graze in the early mornings. Other things to note Airbnb has just changed the way they charge you for their services. They no longer add their fees above my room rate. They now hide their fee they charge you (15+%) plus the 3% they charge me, hide it in my rate. Sorry that my rate looks higher….its due to their non transparent fee process.
