The space The Franklin Perch is special because of its second-level deck space that provides beautiful views of the rolling hills of Franklin. With the elevated view, you might catch a hot air balloon flying by or deer feeding in the field. There are a variety of birds in the nearby feeders under a colorful sunset. Guest access Easy checkin with a keypad. Late arrival? No problem! Your parking space is the right side of the driveway. You can access your entrance through the right of the driveway, up the flight of deck stairs behind the house. You can enjoy the suite, deck space and backyard.
