Home has a heated pool! (If the listing price is less then $200.00 per night during the winter months) the use of the heated pool will have an additional cost. The home is local 6 miles from Sky Harbor airport. The neighborhood is in a relaxed, diverse and family oriented area of Tempe. The heart of Tempe and ASU are minutes away! Also located close to the Anahiem Angels spring training games! Quick acess to several freeways! Lots of restaurants, several malls and movie theaters close by! The space A spacious home with 4 bedrooms (5 beds and an extra sofa bed (sleeps two guest). Two bathrooms. A big backyard with a swimming pool! Also a firepit area to enjoy time with family and friends as well as a barbecue area. Guest access The home has enough space for four vehicles on the property. Easy access to the home with checking in door code. Other things to note I prioritize my guests stay and always available for questions and/or concerns. I am bilingual and enjoy assisting guest in English or Spanish.
