Due to local zoning regulations we are only permitted to host students. We live in a very safe neighborhood, nearby many restaurants and a major shopping area. We are located near the main transportation center for easy access to Philadelphia universities and to center city Philadelphia. We are always available to help with anything our guests need and have hosted over 100 international students who have studied ESL or degree programs at local universities The space The home is very spacious with a shared living room area and a kitchen which is available exclusively for our guests to use. Guests share three bathrooms and a laundry facility. They also have access to a quiet study area in a large living room above a coffee shop that is in part of the building but is currently closed. There are a total of five guest room. The host family lives in an apartment above the student housing area which is easily accessed by a stairwell. We are available to interact and assist students at any time. During your stay We are most always available and will give any guest/student as much help and interaction as they would like or need. We help international ESL students with learning English and provide support for managing life in America. Other things to note If you need help getting to our home from the airport or other location in Philadelphia, please let us know and we can arrange to pick you up at no extra cost.
