Charmer on Church Street - One block off Main

This 1930's house on Church Street was built with love. It is located in the heart of historic downtown Franklin a short 20- 30 minutes from Nashville. Step out of your door, cross the street and you will quickly be a part of all that Main Street Franklin has to offer. Dwell in comfort while you enjoy historic site seeing, street fairs, monthly art crawls, dining and shopping in one of the best original small towns in America. The space In a world where new construction is happening so fast, it's very rare to get to stay in a true original 1930's home. This house was built by a beautiful couple, the Morgans. They lived in it's sister house next door until just recently. Along the way, this house became a recording studio where the hit group dc Talk recorded double-platinum and Grammy award-winning records. The house was converted back to a home in the early 2000s and has been a family home since. The story of peace and laughter this house tells is an experience in itself. There is no better way to experience old school Franklin than to stay in one of its original homes. Guest access Full home is for guest use. Other things to note We are extremely allergic to dogs and cats and use this home as well, so no pets are allowed of any kind. We do have a fire pit on the property, you are welcome to use, fire wood will need to be purchased by guest. A bag of ice is suggested,we do not keep the ice maker connected. We do try to accommodate early check in when available it is a $25 per hour earlier then 3 pm.
