Due to local zoning regulations we are only allowed to host students attending local universities. We live in a very safe neighborhood, nearby many restaurants and a major shopping area. We are located in close walking distance to the main transportation center for easy access to Philadelphia universities and to center city Philadelphia. We are always available to help with anything our guests need and have hosted over 100 international students studying ESL or degree programs. The space The home is very spacious with a shared living room area and kitchen which is available exclusively for our guests to use. Guests also share three bathrooms and a laundry facility. Students are free to use a separate quiet study area above a coffee shop that is currently closed. There are a total of 5 bedrooms. The host family lives in an apartment above the student housing area. Our apartment is connected to the student housing area by a stairwell. We are easily accessible to our guests at anytime. During your stay We are most always available and will give any guest/student as much help and interaction as they would like or need. We help international ESL students with learning English and provide support for managing life in America.
