This is a shared space. I am have a room here also. It's a cozy apartment located on the ground floor of a multi dewling property. It's great for two people in the Port Richmond section of Staten Island. its very private and quiet. Guest will share common areas. The apartment has its own heating/air conditioning for your comfort. It's close to the Geothals Bridge and Bayonne Bridge. It's a short ride to the Staten Island Ferry. We are very close to transportation and restaurants. The space A home away from home is a cozy apartment. One you will have 1 bedroom with a queen bed. This apartment is suitable for 2 adults or 1 adult and one child. It has a kitchen fully equipped for cooking and a dining table to eat on. The bathroom has new carpet, new shower curtains and clean towels daily. The bedroom has a queen size bed with clean sheets dail. A carpet to keep to protect your feet and a 72" TV with Netflix and plenty of streaming services to watch. Owner is in a different room. Guest access As a guest you have access to the ground apartment only. The other room is for the owner only.
