This beautiful upstairs unit is modern and comfortable. Just steps to the sand and boardwalk makes it easy to go back and forth to the beach or a quick walk to the pier. The kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you could need. We even provide filtered water. No need to bring your own beach gear as we provide just about anything you'd need including beach cruisers with helmets and locks, sand toys, chairs, towels, etc.... The covered patio is a great end of day spot! SLP #12757 The space The unit has wonderful natural light and a great layout. The living room/dining/kitchen are all one one side of the unit with a pocket door to cut off from the bedrooms. Both bathrooms are in the hallway between the bedrooms. The covered balcony/patio is a great place to spend the day with plenty of room for everyone to sit and have a meal, drink a cup of coffee or just take in the ocean air. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, mirrored closets and TV's. We have individual wall heater/AC so everybody can set their own temperature. *There could be some construction noise next door from approx September 2026 - September 2027, inquire with host if this could be a concern for you* Guest access You will have access to the entire unit, garage, laundry room. This is a full time vacation rental. There is a downstairs unit on the property that is completely separate that you will not have access to unless you rent that unit too. The entrances are totally separate and no internal doors. Other things to note -Party people do not make a reservation this is not the place for you! -No animals of any kind, we market as an allergy free zone for people with a particular disability (severe animal allergies).
