No Smoking/Vaping please. Stays are 4 days or longer. The space Very Clean, excellent location, charming New Orleans home with beautiful hardwood floors, ceiling fans and central air & heat. Nicely furnished with comfortable, high quality features. The kitchen has frige, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee pot, blender & toaster. It is stocked with essentials such as dishes, flatware, pots & pans etc. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed. The space is recently updated and freshly painted. There are 4 steps to climb up to a really nice porch & the entrance. Guest access The entire apartment is for guest use. There are no shared spaces. Other things to note Parking is on the street.
