NO SHOES inside our place. We do have slippers for your convenience. 6.Clean up after yourself in the bathroom. Return items after using. 7. No soliciting. Trash cans are available in and outside. 8.Switch off lights and the A/C or heater when it’s not in use or leaving the house. 9.Noise: No outside activities and keep the noise at minimum after 10pm. 10. Confirmed guests only. No additional guests visit unless we know in advance. 11.Damage: Accidents may happen, please let us know. We'll work it out. 12.If you forgot your stuff, we can send it back to you. We charge Flat rate $20 for our time+Shipping fee. 13.Alteration is not allowed within 4 weeks before your reservation. 14.Host support is not available from 12am-8am Pacific Time Zone (PST)
