12th South Cabana

Our guest house in the hot 12th South neighborhood is perfect for singles and couples. The cute one-bedroom has lots of windows, a full kitchen and a welcoming family to answer questions (or to leave you alone). This is NOT a party place! Quiet guests only. The house is in a residential neighborhood and in our backyard. There are plenty of other options for party places in town. There is plenty of distance and privacy between our house and the rental for your privacy. T Permit #2020009060 The space Great location just a short walk through Sevier park from 12th South, which has hot yoga, coffee, multiple restaurants and shopping. Just 10 minute drive to downtown, Vanderbilt, Belmont U. or Lipscomb U. All the major sports stadiums (soccer, football and hockey) are no more than 15 minute drive. It's a bit of a hike, but I've frequently walked to Geodis Park (soccer stadium). House features an Organic mattress (Avocado) and organic coffee (Bongo Java). Big backyard with views of swaying trees, sounds of birds and entertaining rabbits. Off street parking. Hosts: friendly well-traveled, & long-time Nashvillians. Other things to note The house is in the 12th South neighborhood and a short, pleasant walk to the 12th South neighborhood where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. Also, we are steps away from Sevier Park, nice place to walk, picnic or even take a cheap ($4) exercise class. Hot and unhot yoga studios within walking distance. Darn convenient to see all the best parts of Nashville - and the Honky Tonks too. Downtown is a short drive (or better a quick Lyft rid) away. Bridgestone (Predators and concerts) , Nissan (Titans) and Geodis Park (Nashville Soccer Club) are close by and easy to get to. Visiting Vanderbilt, Belmont, Lipscomb or TSU students? We're close to those too! We've lived here for long time so can suggest stuffs or leave you alone! Oh, and we have lots of board games, outdoor shuffleboard and a basketball goal on site. You're welcome to use them all.
