There is parking designated for 4 cars total, 2 in the tandem carport of the front unit and 2 in the garage of the back unit with direct access to the front unit. There is also a laundry room shared between both units complete with a washer and dryer. This beach house is in prime location on Balboa Island. Go for a walk around the island and stroll along historic Marine Avenue. Indulge in one of Balboa Island's famous frozen banana or a Balboa Bar.
