Spacious decks and a rooftop deck! Inside, there’s ample living space with 2 living areas, 4 bedrooms, an additional sleeping space, a galley kitchen, and a dining area to accommodate a large group. All bedrooms have a king or queen-size bed and a TV. Allows up to 3 dogs with approval. Truly a unique home! The space Welcome to 1505 Forrest, with easy beach access and plenty of space for families or large groups! This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Center Street. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac and surrounded by lush greenery, you can truly enjoy your rest and relaxation while still just a quick 4-minute walk away from the waves. We do not provide any beach gear, so please let us know if you need any rental suggestions. Feel free to bring your own beach chairs and surfboards to ride the waves at the washout! There are spacious decks on the front and back of the home on every floor and there is a rooftop deck where you can soak up the sun and take in the sights of the beach! Everyone will find a comfortable spot with two living areas, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Both living areas have a TV, reading nooks, and access to the decks. The galley kitchen is a little cozy and has everything you need to make homemade meals. There is a drip coffee maker too! Just remember to bring your favorite coffee. Gather everyone together around the dining table to enjoy a meal or play some games. Everyone will have a place to stay with 4 bedrooms and an additional room! First Floor: Master bedroom: A king-size bed with access to the deck and a TV. 1st Bathroom: Attached to the master bedroom with a large vanity and a shower. Bedroom 2: A king-size bed with access to the deck and a TV. Bedroom 3: A queen-size bed, clothing storage, and a TV 2nd Bathroom: A large vanity and a shower/tub combo. Second Floor: Bedroom 4: A queen-size bed with a TV and access to the 2nd floor balcony. Additional Room: Includes a queen-size bed, clothing storage, and a TV. 3rd Bathroom: Situated between bedroom 4 and the additional room. It has a large vanity and a shower/tub combo. Take in the views through the windows around the home! All of the natural light coming in it creates a bright and airy space that feels like home. You'll never have to choose between river or ocean views, as you will be set in the middle of both in this lovely setting. Truly a unique home! 1505 Forrest allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval and a pet fee. The pet fee is $25 per dog per day of the stay. Other things to note The Best Rentals — Guest Policies & Information Welcome to Folly Beach! We are excited to host your stay. Below is important information regarding our house rules, policies, and amenities to ensure a comfortable and seamless stay. Booking & Payment -Grace Period: Cancel within 48 hours of booking with no penalty. -Guest Registration: All guests (including children over age 1) must be listed with names and ages. 10 guests are allowed and anyone over the age of 1 year old counts towards the occupancy limit. All guests must be 25+ years old (or accompanied by an approved parent/guardian). Guest IDs may be requested for age verification. Check-In & Check-Out -Check-In (4:00 PM): 1505 uses an electronic keypad for entry. You will receive a unique access code via email to use during your stay. Expedited cleaning is available for an additional fee upon request. -Check-Out (10:00 AM): Late check-out requests must be submitted the day before departure and may incur a fee. -Departure Checklist: Please start the dishwasher, take out all trash, and close/lock all windows and doors. No need to strip beds or wash linens. Pet Policy (1505 Forrest) -Dog Friendly: Up to 3 dogs (under 100 lbs each) are welcome. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding. As the pet owner, you are responsible for your dog. -Waste Disposal: Guests must clean up after their pets. Uncollected pet waste will incur a $150 fee. -Unauthorized Pets: Unregistered pets or pets in non-pet-friendly properties will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Amenities & Supplies -Linens & Towels: Bedding and bath towels are provided for full occupancy. Please note: Beach gear and beach towels are not provided. -Starter Kit Included: Includes 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, sponge, bathroom tissue, soap, and washer pods. -Local Shopping: For additional supplies, we recommend Bert’s Market (closest) or -Harris Teeter / Walmart. -Property Amenities: Grills: Guests are responsible for providing their own fuel and for cleaning the grill after each use. Parking Guidelines -At Property: Up to 3 designated parking spaces. Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. -Folly Beach Street Parking: Free where permitted. Vehicles must face the direction of traffic with all four tires completely off the pavement. Do not block driveways. Cancellation & Hurricane Policies -Standard Cancellation: 60+ days prior to arrival: Full refund. Within 60 days of arrival: Non-refundable (includes date or property changes). -Hurricane Evacuation: If a mandatory evacuation is ordered by the governor, refunds (minus a 7% cancellation fee) will be prorated for affected nights. Only the nights specifically covered by the mandatory evacuation are eligible for a refund. If a hurricane occurs prior to your arrival, and we are unable to provide you with accommodations, refunds will be issued to the reservation holder. House Rules & Safety -No Parties: Gatherings exceeding listed occupancy limits are strictly prohibited. -No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden inside all properties (and on decks/grounds). -Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (strictly enforced in accordance with Folly Beach city guidelines). -Property Access: Maintenance or pest control may require access with at least 24 hours' notice. Refusing scheduled pest control incurs a rescheduling fee. Emergency access may occur without notice. -Urban Environment Note: Folly Beach is a growing community with local sounds, traffic, and nearby business activity. Utility disruptions or road closures due to temporary construction/roadwork may occur during your stay. We aim to inform guests of any potential disruptions; however, advance notice of such activities is not always available to us. Damage Waiver & Liability -Accidental Damage Waiver: Includes coverage up to $1,500 for reported unintentional damages (must be reported before departure). Does not cover pet damage or guest-installed wall decorations.
