Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed. * Toiletries: A small selection of toiletries is provided meant to ensure a comfortable transition upon your arrival, should you require additional toiletries, condiments and any provisions it will be necessary for you to purchase them independently. * Please be aware that the heated pool is an optional service, the temperature will be set at 90F max, the pool heater is designed for mild weather and may not effectively heat the pool in cold conditions. Fee is non-refundable if the pool doesn't reach your ideal temperature due to cold weather. The heater has a built-in safety system that shuts off automatically during cold weather to protect the equipment (below 50F). The rest of bedrooms are upstairs need to use the stairs. Enjoy all the amenities at two clubhouses with lazy river, water slide, swimming pool, quiet pool, game room, gym, restaurants and more. Other things to note - We provide basic, one-time-use toiletries to get you started; please bring extras for the rest of your stay. - Ring video doorbell installed at the front entrance. There are no recording devices inside the home or with any view of the interior. - Left items: Return via courier only. Fees for handling and shipping applies. We are not responsible for left items.
