Classy Campbell Cottage - 7 miles from Downtown

Close to all Nashville has to offer nested in a quiet neighborhood! This renovated home is only 7 miles to downtown Nashville and 3 miles from Radnor Lake State Park. This space includes room for up to 4 guests with driveway parking. The second bathroom, laundry and gym are located in the basement. There is a separate owner's studio apartment with its own entrance and will not normally be occupied. The entire space may be available for up to 6 ppl. Please inquire if interested. The space There is plenty of free parking without the need for street parking. The owner may park his vehicle in the driveway when using the workshop. He will not stay on the property when guests are booked. Guest access There is a gym/workout area with the laundry area that is accessible by all guests. The patio and back yard are both available for guest use. The back yard and workshop maybe used by the owner during your stay. Other things to note There is a studio apartment below the house available for rent. It will not be occupied during your stay unless you reserve the extra space for an additional fee. We only rent one space at a time to eliminate any noise or other interaction with other guests. NO large parties. No more than 2 vehicles without prior approval. No street parking available. No more than 12 people on property. The owner may use the workshop during the day. Pets are allowed. The pet fee is $100 per stay for the first pet. Additional fees will be charged for additional pets.
