House parties, events, and unauthorized visitors above the listed capacity are strictly prohibited. Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old at the time of check-in unless accompanied by an approved parent or legal guardian. Please provide names and ages for all guests. Government ID may be requested upon booking. Stairs & Accessibility: This is an elevated coastal home requiring stairs for entry and interior navigation. There are no installed baby gates. It is best suited for guests without mobility restrictions and families with older children. Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking anywhere on the premises, including the interior, screened-in porch, sun deck, and yard. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, and cannabis. Quiet Hours: Residential quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Pet Policy: Gone Coastal welcomes up to 3 dogs (under 100 lbs each) with pre-approval. Pet fee is $25 per dog, per day (capped at $175 per dog for extended stays). Dogs must remain off furniture and bedding. Guests must pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste ($150 fee applies for uncleaned waste). Undeclared pets on site will result in immediate termination of occupancy without refund. Accidental damage waiver does not cover pet damage. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. Keyless digital lock codes are sent prior to arrival. Expedited early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to an additional fee. Cancellations & Changes: Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking. Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund; within 60 days, reservations are non-refundable. Reservation date changes requested within 60 days of arrival are treated as cancellations. Payments & Damage Protection: Full balance is required at least 30 days prior to arrival. Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver covering up to $1,500 of unintentional, reported damage. Optional Red Sky Travel Insurance is available. Hurricane Policy: If a mandatory evacuation is issued by a government agency, nightly rates will be refunded pro-rata for covered evacuation nights (minus the 7% administrative processing fee). Linens & Starter Kit: We supply full bed/bath linens and an initial starter pack (toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap, dish soap, sponge, trash bag, and laundry detergent pod). Parking: Free street parking on Folly Beach. City ordinances require all vehicles to park facing the flow of traffic, keep all 4 tires off the roadway, and avoid blocking private driveways. Property Access & Maintenance: Management and certified vendors reserve the right to access the property with at least 24 hours' notice (or without notice in an emergency). Regularly scheduled monthly pest control cannot be rescheduled. Neighborhood Context: Folly Beach is an active island community. Guests may encounter standard coastal and municipal sounds, including traffic, residential construction, street activity, or utility servicing.
