Other things to note 🌿 Suite Highlights • Recently remodeled with an open floor plan • 2 queen beds + 1 twin air mattress for extra guests • No key needed, key pad entry with a 4-digit code for easy check-in • Free early check-in available on request (subject to availability) Kitchen & Dining • Cozy kitchen with a breakfast table for meals or work • Microwave, Keurig, toaster, toaster oven, sink, and electric cooktop (no oven) Living & Entertainment • Spacious living room with a 55” Smart TV (Roku channels & movies) • Bathroom with a comfortable, roomy shower Location & Convenience • Across from grocery stores and local restaurants • Quick access to I-24 & I-65 • Nolensville schools & Williamson County location ⸻ 🌿 House Guidelines • Courtesy hours: 10 PM – 9 AM to maintain peace and quiet • Only registered guests allowed overnight no parties or events. If family visiting let Host know in advance for approval. • Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (including infants). • No pets, including emotional support/therapy animals ($500 fee if a pet is found to have been brought into the suite). • No smoking, vaping, candles, or incense • All Commercial vehicles, vans, moving trucks, are restricted due to bridge and will pay a fee $75-150. Please call ahead of message us with any questions if you like before reserving. Safety & Respect • Treat the suite as your own; report damages immediately • Do not move furniture, take mattresses off beds, or attach anything to walls • Clean spills promptly; supplies provided • Trash must be bagged and placed in outdoor bins; recyclables in the separate bin ⸻ ⏰ Check-Out Instructions by (10AM) 1.
