A separate walk-out basement is also available as a second private unit, (not included but can be rented separately) perfect for larger groups or extended families. Enjoy the wildlife and expansive property from the deck, or take a stroll along the walking trails to start or end your day in tranquility. Location & Convenience • Just under 2 miles north of Nolensville • 20 minutes to Franklin • 25 minutes to Nashville • 20 minutes to BNA Our guests love the serene, paradise-like setting—and you will too! Guest access 🌿 Private Home & Optional Lower Unit Guests will have the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bath home to themselves. A separate lower walk-out in-law unit is also available and can be rented together with the main house for larger groups or extended families. The large upper deck overlooks a valley of lush green acres and features a grill and picnic area—perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing with family and friends. Guests are welcome to explore the walking trails on the property. ⸻ 🚗 Parking & Vehicle Guidelines • FREE parking is included for up to 2 passenger vehicles. • Large or commercial vehicles require advance approval and a parking fee is required. Restricted Vehicles that require advance approval and a parking fee: • Heavy-duty trucks, ¾-ton or larger, duallys • RVs, pop-ups, vans, trailers, or any vehicle with a 3rd axle • Commercial gas or diesel trucks Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring any restricted vehicles, as our bridge limits access. Other things to note 🌿 Property Guidelines & Features • Exterior security cameras are in place for your safety. 🎥 • No parties, events, or large gatherings. If you are going to have friends or family visiting you that are not staying overnight you MUST get prior approval from the host. Otherwise all guests that are staying and/or visiting must be listed in your guest count for your reservation. • No smoking or vaping inside the home; please do not litter. • Free parking for passenger vehicles. Trailers, commercial vans, or vehicles with a 3rd axle may incur a parking fee—please notify us in advance if you plan to bring one. Lower Walk-Out Guest Suite • Approximately 800 sq. ft., rented separately. • Quiet hours are 10 PM – 9AM. Keyless Entry • The door auto-locks at all times. • The thumb knob inside must remain horizontal to keep the lock engaged. Turning it vertical unlocks the door if you don’t want to use code. Cleanliness & Care • Our guests often comment on how clean the home is! We personally manage most of the cleaning and only use non-toxic products. • If you notice anything that needs attention, please let us know promptly after checking in.
