The space Fully furnished basement with a common entrance, has a separate sleeping and living area, with a private bathroom. The area is approximately 800 square feet, and you can enjoy front and backyard. Enjoy peace quiet in a secure fenced property with on street parking. Centrally located with easy access to restaurants and shopping. This basement is easily 700 sq ft, quiet with a/c, closet storage, a queen bed, work desk+chair, coffee maker and toast oven, walk-in shower, TV and Wi-Fi, and private living for basement. Partly low ceiling space. There is a shared laundry room in the basement, you will also have access to a shared kitchen upstairs. Cozy shared outdoor space with seating and Chiminea fireplace.
