Spacious 4BR home with a private solar-heated pool, ideal for families and small groups. Features 2 king beds, 1 queen, and 2 twins, sleeping up to 8 guests. Located in a quiet Panther Creek community with a fenced backyard, grill, hammock lounge, fast Wi-Fi, and smart TVs throughout. Pool is solar heated and temperature varies with weather and season. The space The open-concept kitchen and living area overlook the private pool and a peaceful nature preserve, creating a bright, relaxed space for gathering. With 10-foot ceilings and a spacious layout, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The living area offers comfortable seating and a large smart TV, while each bedroom includes its own smart TV for added privacy. Sleeping arrangements: • Primary Suite: King bed, oversized bath, walk-in shower • Bedroom 2: King bed • Bedroom 3: Queen bed • Bedroom 4: Two twin beds The fully fenced backyard provides privacy around the pool, patio, and outdoor seating areas. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor living areas, the private fenced backyard, and the pool area. The outdoor space includes a covered patio, grill, hammock lounge, and seating for relaxing by the pool. Driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles. Access is limited to registered guests only. The garage is not accessible to guests and remains locked. Other things to note House Rules: • Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time • The booking guest must be present during the stay • No parties or gatherings; the home is for quiet stays only • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • Smoking/vaping is permitted outdoors only • Driveway parking only; no street or grass parking Pool Notice: The pool is solar heated, and water temperature varies with weather and season. During cooler periods, the pool may not reach warm or fully swimmable temperatures. It is maintained regularly but does not function like a hot tub. Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty.
