The home is two levels and consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first floor (upstairs approximately 12 stairs) contains an Extra-Large sized Master bedroom suite (has two Queen beds) with panoramic direct ocean views with attached bathroom, and private balcony. The ground floor contains the Second bedroom (contains a full size (double) bed with a twin (single) size pull out trundle bed.) and full bathroom. Living room contains a comfortable sofa that opens up to a Queen sized sofa bed. Open floor plan in ground floor from kitchen through living room and out to the deck creates an amazing ambiance of relaxation and tranquility. Brand new kitchen appliances and fully functional kitchen. Experience the breathtaking direct ocean views and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and sounds of the waves over drinks from the deck! The up close, ocean water views from all the main rooms are breathtaking. Mahogany layers of flooring keep this home dry and warm, year-round. The house rules, Booking Terms & Conditions and City of Pacifica's STR Rules are listed in the "House Rules- REFER DETAILS" Section and contained in a hard copy file in the house. -CITY OF PACIFICA -: This home is licensed as a short-term rental unit (STR) (License no:14614872) with the City of Pacifica. There are City imposed STR rules that have to be complied. Please refer to the HOUSE MANUAL in the house for hard copies of the following materials: 1) A diagram of the home's exits, fire extinguisher locations and location of emergency stairs for use from the first floor, if needed. 2) Emergency Contact numbers: FOR ALL EMERGENCIES Contact: 911 Please refer to the House Manual for the following emergency contacts: -Pacifica Police Department. -Pacifica Fire Department. -Host and Local Contact information 3) The City's noise regulations (Chapter 10 of Title 5 of the PMC- LOUD, DISTURBING, UNUSUAL, AND UNNECESSARY NOISES) Please note per City of Pacifica STR Licensing requirements a noise monitor is installed on the exterior of the Property. Removing or tampering with this unit is prohibited and will be grounds for cancellation of the stay. 4) The City's Social Host Liability Ordinance (Chapter 28 of Title 5 of the PMC- LOUD OR UNRULY GATHERINGS AND SOCIAL HOST LIABILITY) Exterior Security Cameras- there are 3 Exterior Cameras in the property. These are located at 1). Front entrance 2) front doorbell, 3) Side entrance/ Deck area. Please note guest privacy is assured. Footage is not accessed except in the event of security incidents or complaints received due to noise levels and/or unauthorized large parties /gatherings occurring. Main Renter has to be 25 years or older and there cannot be excessive noise or disturbance caused to residents. BBQ Gas Grill- A gas grill is provided for your use. Please use the grill with caution due to high winds in the area and avoid use when winds are strong. Propane tank is provided but if found to be low or out at the time of your stay, please exchange at local gas station, ACE, or Home Depot. ADT ALARM SYSTEM- The Alarm is only used by the Host when the property is unoccupied. The ADT unit DOES NOT HAVE A VIDEO CAMERA. Images are only taken of persons inputting the codes to operate the alarm system. GUEST ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF HOUSE RULES- By making a booking, the registered guests acknowledges that you have READ AND AGREE WITH THE HOUSE RULES, BOOKING TERMS and CITY OF PACIFICA STR RULES. PLEASE NOTE - IF ANY OF THE HOUSE RULES OR CITY OF PACIFICA STR RULES ARE VIOLATED, AIRBNB WILL BE INFORMED AND THE STAY WILL BE IMMEDIATELY ENDED.
