The space The Brightwood Guest House is a detached dwelling with an apartment above the garage. It is one flight of stairs up to the living space. The apartment has 2 comfy beds: a king in the bedroom and a queen in the open loft. Up to 4 guests may enjoy the guest house and private deck with a fenced-in sitting area. Keyless entry. Parking for ONE car in the guests’ own garage. The washer and dryer are located in the garage for guests' use only. Fast wi-fi and Ethernet furnished. Guest access Guests have access to the entire guesthouse apartment: up one flight of stairs is the living space and the garage is easy to pull into on ground level with room for ONE car. Other things to note The second queen size bed in the open loft in the living room is accessible by climbing the ladder up to the 9ft loft. Not recommended for children under 12..
