Deer Hill Farm, fire pit, Sauna, Grateful Woods.

Old school house turned into our guest house. It is studio with full kitchen and bathroom. The place is designed for 2 persons but we have a travel cribs for little ones.(under 2yrs) Our place is close by many parks and trails and 20-30 drive to woodstock. The space Our property is 11 acres and all fenced around. Guests are welcome to go around. We have a big fire pit outside to hangout. And an expansive lawn and trampoline. Multiple bicycles are available with baby seat. For adults, We have warm dry sauna that you can relax your body and mind. Guest access Guests only can access to sauna, ourdoor fire-pit. They can go around in the property, but they are not access to other buildings. Other things to note When guests leave the cabin, Please do not turn off heater, leave in 66F. And close windows. No outdoor fire pit when it’s windy for safety.
