Nestled between Pine trees our spacious home boast with updated amenities. 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2600 sf, 2 story. Upstairs has living room with cozy fireplace, kitchen, dining area with seating for 10, plus counter with seating for 3, Three bedrooms and 2 baths. Downstairs has huge family room, bar, ping pong table, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. About 10 mins away from Lake, beaches, marina, Sierra Ski Ranch, Casinos, Rest's, shopping. Five minutes to golf course. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The space Plenty of space to roam. Large family room with Ping Pong table, bar counter with mini fridge and sink, Smart TV for watching movies. Living room has cozy fireplace and also has Smart TV and DVD player. The upper deck has bar-b-que, 2 patio tables and chairs outdoor dining. Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking and baking needs. Coffee and sugar are provided. Spacious master bedroom with king size bed, big tub, shower, single sink,toilet (does not have a privacy door). Other rooms are also spacious with full closet space and dresser drawers for storing your clothing. Washer and dryer available buy no detergent provided. Guest access Whole house, garage, driveway. Street parking not allowed during snow season. Other things to note 1) The renting guest is required to sign a rental agreement per the county (EDC 5.56.130). Name, Address & phone # for every guest over 18 required (EDC 5.56.130) 2) VHR Permit #VHR073226 3) Self Check-In 4) There is an external security camera at the front door and garage 5) The maximum guest limit is 10. 6) Animals of any kind are not allowed, due to owners extreme allergies. 7) Bath towels provided for 10 people. 8) Must be 23 years+ to rent 9) Smoking not allowed inside the house. When smoking outside properly extinguish and dispose of buds in the garbage. 10) Washer/Dryer available but no detergent provided. 11) Some Sleds and bikes available to use, condition may vary. 12) Basic drip coffee pot, coffee, filters & sugar provided 13) 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom 14) master bathroom does not have a door at toilet, only privacy curtain, it's open concept within bedroom. 15) There are stairs to lower level, child gate not fall proof, not suited for small children. 16) Only 1 wall AC unit upstairs in living/dinning area, ceiling fans in other rooms. 17) Bears are active in the area-DO Not leave window open.
