Getaway under the Elms

A guest suite in my home separate from the rest of the house. You have your own entrance, and private Hot Tub. Located 19 miles south of downtown Austin, 16 miles to the airport and just 5 minutes from the Manchaca Bar seen. You are going to Love this little getaway! The property sits an an acre lot with lots of mature trees. The indoor space is a three room cozy space: bedroom, bath and traveler's kitchenette- Microwave refrigerator. No stove or sink. Great outdoor space. Very private. The space The guest suite is completely separate from the main house. Your bedroom has a super comfy queen bed and walk in closet. The full Bath has a door to separate the tub and toilet from the double sink vanity. The first room has a medium size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hotplate and Keurig coffee maker (NO sink No stove). You have a small bistro table for 2 and a little love seat that can recline into the perfect reading nook or extra twin bed. Your patio includes your private Hot Tub, a sitting area and George Forman grill. In the yard you will find a hammock and a chiminea (outdoor fireplace) all tucked away under the whispering Elm trees. Also, the AC unit is located on your side of the property and when it is Hot as it gets in TX it may be noisy, sorry nothing I can do about that. Guest access Enter the property on the Northeast side, the driveway by the mailbox. Immediately exit the circular driveway onto the grass. The Arbnb is on your Right as you face the house. You can park on the grass right in front of the lattice fence. I like to be there to greet you, if not I will provide you with the keypad code.
