EL Dorado County VHR Permit Number 073102; Business License / Transient Occupancy Tax Number 063714. 2. 3 Bedroom - each a Master Suite - accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, including children 6 and over. EDC Rules allow 2 guests per bedroom. 3. Quiet hours are daily between 10 PM and 8 AM. 4. During Quiet Hours not more than 6 people are permitted to be on-premises, including children 6 and over. Pets allowed. Pet fee is $100 per pet. Guest access Entire home. We have three bedrooms and four full bathrooms, one attached to each bedroom, plus one additional full bathroom. In other words we have three master suites plus an additional bathroom! Our Driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles and our garage can accommodate 3 vehicles. One side of the garage has a pool table and other games. Other things to note This home has high speed wireless internet. We have a 65" TV with cable. The Tahoe area has great hiking and bicycling opportunities. We are just a few miles from Fallen Leaf Lake, Angora Lake, and Lake Tahoe.
