VISITS BY NEIGHBORHOOD PET: We want to inform guests about a friendly neighborhood dog named Maxx who occasionally visits the Rainbow Hill Villa property. Maxx is a nine-month-old German Shepherd mix, weighing under thirty-five (35) pounds, with a black coat and distinctive white coloring around his nose and mouth, and on his legs. He belongs to the Villa's property owner, who lives nearby. Although Maxx is not permitted to leave his owner's property, this inquisitive and intelligent puppy sometimes finds a way to visit his neighbors, including guests at Rainbow Hill Villa. Maxx is a friendly dog and has shown a good temperament around people. While guests may or may not encounter Maxx during their stay, we believe it is important to inform our guests about potential occurrences--- for their awareness and peace of mind.
