Upscale, Eco-Friendly, Sandy Apartment

Lovely apartment in a solar powered home with a separate entrance. We live on a quiet cul de sac within walking distance to a 630 acre nature park. The home is an 8 minute drive to the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, the home of Alta and Snowbird. One bedroom, one bath, a full kitchen, living room with TV, desk and a queen murphy bed, shared laundry in garage. Best suited for a couple, a family with one or two children, or two friends traveling together. The space We are big on health, wellness and outdoor recreation. We have advanced air purification systems & reverse osmosis remineralized water for drinking. There is a rack for skis and snowboards for use in the garage & there is a mud room for boots, coats, helmets, etc. There is a table with room for 2-4 people, a built in desk with a light, a couch that seats 3, two queen beds & everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. The laundry is in the garage & is free for you to use. Guest access The access to the space is through a door on the right side of the garage, under the carport, keypad entry. Other things to note My husband is a licensed massage therapist, and if he has availability in his schedule, I can book you a massage in our massage studio. If you are traveling in the winter, this includes the use of the hot tub. He charges $90 per full 60 minutes, $130 per full 90 minutes. If you prefer a female massage therapist, I can have one of our female therapists come and set up a table in the apartment and provide massage. The charge for a travel massage therapist is $120 per full 60 minutes, and $180 per full 90 minutes.
