Please note that reaching the beach requires crossing the two-lane Coastal Highway A1A. An alternative public beach access is available at North Beach Park, approximately 0.3 miles away. The park offers parking, restrooms, picnic tables, a playground, and a pedestrian beach walkover with stairs. The walkover is not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note POOL HEATING Our private pool is heated by an electric heat pump that draws warmth from the surrounding air. During unusually cold weather, particularly when temperatures fall below 45–50°F, the pool may not reach a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool temperatures are weather-dependent. FLORIDA WILDLIFE As with many coastal Florida properties, you may occasionally encounter wildlife or insects in the surrounding outdoor areas. We maintain routine professional pest control services.
