The cottage is in a duplex compound with side-by-side units, so the backyard is shared with the neighboring unit. Identical sets of furniture have been set up in the backyard for each unit to use on their own. The washing machine and drying machine can be accessed via an outdoor closet located in the backyard between the two unit’s backdoors. Please be neighborly and mindful of others when utilizing the backyard! A keypad next to the front door allows for easy entry (code provided prior to check-in). Please be mindful of noise throughout your stay. Free street parking can be found directly in front of the house and on the side streets to either side of the house. Be sure to read the signs though, each side is off limits at different times throughout the week for street sweepers! Other things to note The cottage is a historic home and as such is not sound proofed to the standards of modern construction. We have done our best to provide better insulation, by plexi-glassing the bedroom windows and providing noise blocking curtains but it is not a perfect solution. If you are a light sleeper, please consider bringing ear plugs as the prime location of the cottage leads to a decent amount of road traffic! Check in is any time after 4:00 PM. Please ensure you read through the check in instructions prior to arrival, to ensure a smooth and seamless entry. Check out is any time before 10:00 AM. We provide a basic starter pack of amenities to get your trip started. Please note that the sizing of the cottage will ensure you are close to all your travel companions, and we cannot accommodate more guests, even for a short duration, than the maximum reservation occupancy listed. This cottage is cozy and intended for groups that are the same. :-) We are available during you stay for anything you need, and we strive to make sure your stay is 5-star worthy!
