Guest access We provide a contactless self check-in through the front door with access to the entire house. There is a driveway and plenty of street parking for parking vehicle(s). Providing excellent service and guest service is our top priority. If you need assistance with anything during your stay, please let us know. Other things to note Our neighborhood is very peaceful and in a very natural setting because of which you will see critters big and small ( deer, pigs, snakes, coyotes, bats, birds, squirrels, all kinds of insects including roaches). We use pest control with natural pesticide however despite routine treatments you may discover few small visitors in the home as they try to hide away from summer's heat or monsoon's wetness. Our house is very clean but such is the natural habitat within Sedona. ** Also note there is an outdoor camera for security purposes- doorbell camera !! Please observe our HOUSE RULES. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests! ✔️ Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood. ✔️ Quiet hours start at 9:30 pm ✔️ No shoes preferred ✔️ Please be sure to unplug / turn off all appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Please ensure to turn off stove, oven, AC/heater. ✔️ Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. ✔️ No Smoking of any kind on the property. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls. ✔️ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected. ✔️ Check-in time is 4:00 pm - 12:00 pm ✔️ Check-out time is 10:00 am ✔️ Fees may apply if arrival is outside of checkin / check out windows ✔️ No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) ✔️ No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up location. ✔️ No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture ✔️ No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc. ✔️ No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) ✔️ Confirmed booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules. Hot Tub Rules & Safety: • No lifeguard on duty. All guests use the hot tub at their own risk. • Adult supervision is required for children under 18. • Keep the hot tub running and covered when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness. • SHOWER or RINSE OFF before use to keep the water fresh and clean. • Please No glass containers in or around the hot tub to prevent breakage and injury. • Do NOT add soaps, oils, or bath products—these can damage the system and make the water unsanitary. • No food or drinks inside the hot tub to prevent spills and contamination. • No spray tan or self-tanning products—these stain the tub and contaminate the water. • Do not enter the hot tub if you are sick or have open wounds to avoid spreading bacteria. • Limit soak time to 15-30 minutes to prevent overheating or dehydration. **We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken.
