Limited kitchen, the necessities, fridge, coffee, Brita, toaster/oven, microwave, Limited cooking as shared space! The space Your private bedroom upstairs boasts of vaulted ceilings, ample natural light, queen sized comfortable bed, large screen TV, ceiling fan, and a full bath next to it with complimentary toiletries and towels provided & hair dryer under sink. The bedrooms are on opposite ends with shared bath in between. I have my own dressing area in my room so I am in & out. A half bath is downstairs with a washer & dryer in a room next to it. Very private as my Townhome is in the back without traffic. So no noise for your sleep. You have access to the refrigerator with your coffee bar. The kitchen is open concept into living area onto the backyard, you have a comfortable patio with a grill. All your Wineries & Breweries are within the hour. Off Fitzhugh Road onto Dripping Springs, San Marcos, New Braunfels. We have SXSX, ACL, Film Festival. Zillker Park by the lake is wonderful with Blues on The Green. Live music is always happening in Austin & close by. Rainey Street is popular but so is The East Side. Lots of live music on Congress & Manchaca Road in South Austin. Ubers come in here, bus stop near by! Guest access Your free parking is right next to the house/not covered. Very quiet community with 2 security gates. Gate code will be provided before arrival. Other things to note This is a private room listing so host will be in and out. I do have a small dog, a bichpoo (bichon poodle mix/20 lbs), he is friendly with all humans and loves attention! But I will keep him out of your way. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed (people with dog allergies, including me, do not react to him). A stray cat has adopted me recently so he is indoor outdoor if any allergies from cats. He keeps pests away!
