Enjoy peace+quiet in a secure fenced property with on street parking or driveway parking (4 available). Centrally located with easy access to restaurants and shopping. This place is quiet with a/c, closet storage, walk-in shower and WiFi. There is a laundry room in the basement, you will also have access to a shared kitchen upstairs. Cozy shared outdoor space with seating and Chiminea fireplace. Located minutes from DTC, the Denver University (3.7 miles), Swedish Medical Center and Craig (1.4 miles). Approximately 30 minutes from Denver International Airport (DIA/ 31 miles), 20 minutes to downtown Denver (8.6 miles to Union Station). Very safe and quiet area. Short distance to the inner-city hiking/biking trails and short drive to many top-rated hiking trails. Close to attractions, like Red Rocks Amphitheater, Golden, Garden of the God and etc...
