THE SPACE Designed for up to 2 guests, the casita features a comfortable king-size bed with cozy bedding, a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and plenty of room to relax. Enjoy your favorite shows on the TV, catch up on work at the dedicated workspace, or unwind after a day exploring Austin. Fast Wi-Fi makes it easy to stay connected throughout your visit. KITCHENETTE & COFFEE Start your morning with fresh coffee from the Keurig! The kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, and essentials for enjoying drinks, snacks, and simple meals. Please note that there is no full kitchen or stove. PRIVACY & COMFORT The casita is connected to the main residence by a breezeway but offers its own private entrance and bathroom. Guests enjoy convenient self-check-in and a peaceful space to call their own. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help keep the room comfortable year-round. LOCATION Located in the Easton Park neighborhood, directly across street from a 21 acre park. Casita Bonita offers easy access to walking trails, neighborhood parks, and nearby attractions. We're conveniently located for visitors heading to COTA, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, McKinney Falls State Park, and downtown Austin. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway, a concert, a race, or a business trip, Casita Bonita is a comfortable home base for your Austin adventure! Guest access YOUR OWN PRIVATE CASITA Enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own guesthouse with a separate entrance and convenient self-check-in! Guests have exclusive access to the entire casita, including the king-size sleeping area, private bathroom, kitchenette, workspace, and walk-in closet. The casita is connected to the main residence by a breezeway, but your indoor space is completely private. The main house is a separate residence and is not included in your reservation. PARKING & NEIGHBORHOOD Free street parking is available just in front of the rental. Guests are welcome to explore Easton Park's public parks and walking trails, including the neighborhood park across the street. Other things to note A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING We want you to have a comfortable, relaxing stay at Casita Bonita! Here are a few helpful details to make sure our guesthouse is the perfect fit for your visit. GUEST OCCUPANCY The casita comfortably accommodates a maximum of 2 registered guests with one king-size bed. No additional overnight guests are permitted without prior approval. PET-FRIENDLY STAYS We love welcoming furry friends! Up to 2 small pets (30 lbs or less each) or 1 medium pet (up to 60 lbs) are welcome with an additional pet fee. Please include your pets in your reservation. Pets must be kenneled if left unattended inside the casita. Pets should utilize park across street which has a doggie station with waste bags and doggie waste bin. KITCHENETTE You'll have a mini fridge (no freezer), microwave, and Keurig coffee maker for drinks, snacks, and simple meals. There is no full kitchen, stovetop, or oven. PRIVACY The casita is connected to the main residence by a breezeway, but you'll enjoy your own private entrance, bathroom, and indoor living space. All communication is by airbnb email and phone system. We rarely see guest that stay with us and value the privacy of all guests. PARKING Free street parking is available in front of the rental. QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD Casita Bonita is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. We ask guests to respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours. SELF-CHECK-IN Enjoy convenient self-check-in so you can arrive at your own pace during the designated check-in window. We enjoy live music and the bar and food scene in Austin, as well as outdoor activities. We also have a guidebook link of some recommendations under the 'Where you’ll be' area of the listing. Although there is no smoking on property, you may choose to smoke across the street in park. There are food trucks including a coffee truck in the neighborhood off of Colton Bluff Springs and Solari Dr. There is a CVS, McDonald’s, Cheba Hut, Chick-fil-a, and Dutch Bros less than a mile away from the house. This is a new developing planned neighborhood with more retail planned. There is the local grocery chain HEB, about 10 mins away along with a major shopping center called South Park Meadows.
