Acre lot with gated pool, infinity edge hot tub, sports court for basketball and pickle ball, turf, corn hole, back patio dining and courtyard area. This is a single story home with a basement on a large private lot. Home boasts of 2 separate kitchens, 2 separate laundry, and living spaces-one on main floor, one in basement. Basement has 2 stair entries to access basement from exterior or interiorly from main floor. Please note there are stairs or small step changes throughout home. Huge room on main floor set up as pool/game room with ping pong table + 3 couches (1 queen sleeper) TV, and exterior double doors to gather in and outside of house. 2 other gathering/living areas one with sleeper sofa, one with regular sofa. 2 desk workspace, 8th bedroom is a theatre room. Parking avail on premises; please park in front of property near front door. Only park on driveway pavers, not on turf or sports court, thank you. There is an additional white metal storage structure behind home not included in your rental. It is locked—Please do not attempt to unlock or enter. There are also closets locked from guest use in the home, do not attempt to unlock. Please note if guest ignores house rule and throws wedding, party, or event-there will be a $5,000 minimum fine and your security deposit will be kept. We do not want high foot traffic or high car traffic wear and tear on the property, or disturbance of neighboring homes. Absolutely no parties allowed. Guests who book agree not to engage in any illegal activity on the premesis, or allow others to do so. No smoking in or on house premises. If you or someone who you bring to the property is found smoking in or on the property your security deposit will be kept, smoking fee is a minimum $1,500 fine. Please leave pool vacuum in the pool at all times-it’s the pool’s cleaning system-thank you! Please note: Additional event fees apply for groups gathered at home larger than 20 people/people gathered or visiting you in the home that aren't included in your booking reservation. Event/additional guests not included in booking must be approved prior to check in/event fees paid before check in, to avoid penalty fees for having an event without approval from host/paying event fee. Only family friendly/small events allowed. Other things to note There is a 6 seat dodge truck avail to rent at home, please inquire for details. No garage access but Parking avail on property, please park in front of property near front door-no parking on turf. THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, weed, hookah, etc. are prohibited anywhere in or on the property. Any violation will result in a $1,500 fine AND the cost to remedy the smoke damage. This is a pet-free listing if a pet is found in or in the property minimum $1,500 fine.
