Welcome to this nicely furnished one bedroom in Alexandria. It is close to Washington DC, Old Town Alexandria, Franconia-Springfield and Van Dorn metro stations, Springfield Mall and so many nice restaurants Plenty of guest parking spaces near the house. Please note: smoker is not allowed to book. Note: There is a camera located in the shared laundry room. Guest access Shared areas: shared bathroom on 2nd floor, shared kitchen and laundry During your stay I am reachable via Airbnb messages and texts or phone call if necessary. Other things to note Pots and pans are provided in the kitchen. Host only provides one week supplies for bathroom and kitchen (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, dish detergent, paper towels, salt, pepper, oil, etc). Guest shall be responsible to buy their own supplies after the initial week if he/she stays longer than one week. Living room and dinning room are not shared with guests TV has Amazon fire stick. Guest needs to have their own Amazon account to login in order to watch TV. Laundry is limited one load per week for guest who stays more than 7 nights. No additional loads are allowed without approval from the host. If guest needs additional laundry, guest MUST get approval from host first and pay $10 per additional load before starting the load. Additional load is limited to one load per month with approval. Unapproved loads will be $50 per load. Laundry is not allowed on the checkout day. Guest laundry day is Thursday between 9am to 10pm. Make sure to only use high efficiency detergent (he) and use cold temperature to wash. Note: $80 for lost or unreturned key. Note: There is a camera located in the shared laundry room.
