This guest-suite has everything you need for an enjoyable getaway. Plenty of natural light. Make use of the kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, induction burner, microwave, toaster, blender Crockpot & keurig. Brita purifier. Shower tub and full sized washer & dryer. Less than 15 min to the Cherry Creek state park, Southland's mall & Children's hospital. 20 min to Den Int'l Airport Aurora reservoir& Aurora Sports Park. 30 min to downtown & Castlerock & under an hour to Rocky Mountains. The space This is about 900 sq. ft. of our walk out basement. Sleeps 5 comfortably. 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 twin blowup mattress and a travel crib. We are within walking distance to a grocery store and easy access to many bike trails that go throughout the city. You'll have full access to a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. You will also have shampoo and conditioner during your stay. Complimentary teas and coffees while you are here with a Keurig. There is a smart tv that you'll be able to use with your login to Netflix, Amazon and Hulu. You will have your own entrance to your space at the back of our house under our deck. Our family lives upstairs with our 4 kids. Please be conscientious of them by remembering to shut the gate whenever you enter or exit our property and be aware that at any point any one of our family members including. Our guests and their privacy are of utmost importance, so know that the door that connects our upstairs to your space downstairs is locked with a deadbolt. I am a Colorado native and am happy to answer any questions you may have in regards to getting around town or places that you may want to visit. We are very familiar with Denver and its surrounding areas. Guest access There is a gate and gravel/wood beam stairs leading down to the suite. The sliding glass door under the deck has keyless entry so you can come and go as you please.
