Air-Conditioning  This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation. Firepit/Fireplace Warning  - The indoor Fireplace is inoperable and for decoration only. Do not attempt to light. -We recommend you bring firewood if you plan to enjoy the fire pits on the beach provided by the city. Quiet Hours Notice Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours.
