Other things to note Worth Mentioning * Both the City of South Lake Tahoe & The County of El Dorado have become extremely strict in the enforcement of posted rules which can be found in the rental agreement. Be sure to become familiar with said rules to avoid steep fines and visits from the authorities * This home sits in a quiet neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down. * This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. * We have a strict no-party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of the rental agreement will result in steep additional charges. * Guests will have access to park 1 car in the garage and 2 in the driveway but no street parking is allowed * Maximum occupancy of 6 adults, up to 2 kids under 5 years old. * Pets are allowed, but there are no aggressive dog breeds allowed and a maximum of 2 dogs on the property at any one time. (If you have more than 2 animals please message us to discuss.) Guest access You will have access to the whole home, the whole secured garage to park and store your toys (at your own risk), and the whole yard, which is our favorite part of the home in the summer time! The home is easily accessed with your own personalized digital key code using a keypad. Other things to note We know traveling with the littles requires that you bring a lot of extra stuff, so we have stocked our home with a Graco Pack 'n Play Close2Baby Bassinet, Crib, Changing Table, and Pack & Play Combo all in one! We are near Kirkwood, Heavenly, Sierra, and close to many other ski resorts.
