Family Retreat in Saint Johns-Close to Everything

Beautiful townhouse located in Saint Johns FL. In the Julington Creek/Fruit Cove area. Access to the community pool. Townhouse has 2 bedrooms, with 2.5 baths. Each bedroom has a bathroom inside the room. There's also a pull out couch, queen sized bed. Perfect for any family vacation. Close to Publix, and tons of restaurants. Perfect for families as the townhouse offer a travel crib and high chair. Super clean with all new kitchen appliances. The space Great size for a family. Guest access Private parking and clean neighborhood. The property has two private spots available for parking in the garage (please note that parking is tight in garage) and driveway. Street parking is available as well but is based on availability. Other things to note House rules: - No parties or larger events that would require anybody but the registered guests to be in the home. - Please note that we do not have access to a mailbox at the house and do not allow for mail to be sent to the house. - The townhome booking fee does not cover boarding of any pets. We are very selective with allowing pets at the home as we want to ensure that guests with allergies have a safe and comfortable stay. - In unique situations, we may consider a small dog (under 25lb) but this would require prior approval and an additional pet cleaning fee to ensure that any future guests with allergies can safely stay at the residence. Please let us know ASAP if you have a pet that will be staying at the townhome at any point during your stay. - Quiet hours between 8pm and 7am. - All guests have to be listed on the booking. The house would not be suitable for more than 6 people at most (2 people in each bed and 2 in pull out queen bed). If more than 6 people stay at the property, this needs to be disclosed in your booking as there is an extra charge for additional guests. -Please note that the townhome does have a Ring camera at the entrance for safety reasons and to ensure guest/party policies are not violated. We previously have had complaints from neighbors due to parties and having 10+ guests in the house so this was put in place to ensure further rule violations.
