The space We love hosting celebrations—whether it’s birthdays, batchelor and bachelorette parties, or game days—but please note that we live in a quiet, safe, family-friendly neighborhood. We do not permit loud parties of any kind, but smaller gatherings are welcome! We simply ask that noise is kept to a respectful level—no yelling or loud music—especially after 11 PM on weekends and 9 PM on weekdays. For your peace of mind, we have a noise monitor and are committed to being good neighbors. We also have a security camera at the front door for safety. During the day, parking is easy to find, especially before 4 PM, when most neighbors are at work. In the evenings, it can be trickier, so we recommend using Uber or Lyft to avoid parking stress. Bonus: On weekends, there is free parking just a 6-minute walk away at the local middle school!
