Tiny house, big getaway! This stylish 320 sq. ft. retreat near Douglas Lake is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and four-legged companions. The fully fenced private yard gives dogs room to roam, while the pull-through gravel drive makes boat and trailer parking easy. Enjoy quiet East Tennessee surroundings with convenient access to Mountain Cove Marina, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smokies. For drive times, map to/from The Dam Store, located very close to the house. The space The Tiny Dam House packs everything you need into a thoughtfully designed 320 sq. ft. space. The open layout includes a queen bed, full kitchen, dining nook, living area, and private full bathroom. A fold-out chair with a foam topper can accommodate a third guest. Outside is one of the home's best features: a fully fenced private yard with gated access at both ends of the gravel driveway, giving dogs room to explore and guests added privacy. Start the morning in the front porch rockers or enjoy the back patio and charcoal grill in the evening. Bringing a boat? The pull-through gravel driveway accommodates boats and trailers, with Mountain Cove Marina and Douglas Lake nearby. Two additional parallel gravel parking spaces are located behind the house. Guest access Guests have full private access to the house and fenced property. Two gravel parking spaces are located just outside the rear gate. Guests may also park inside the fenced property by entering the gravel driveway through either the front or rear gate, providing additional privacy and convenient pull-through access. Both gates can accommodate boats and trailers, though the rear entrance is tighter. If you're towing a boat or larger trailer, we recommend using the front gate for easier access. Other things to note There is a charcoal grill on-site, but charcoal is not provided. Please plan to bring charcoal with you if you plan to grill. Coffee, powdered creamer, and sugar are provided. For longer stays, we'd be happy to provide mid stay cleanings upon request with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Scheduling is subject to cleaner availability. Please familiarize yourself with our Cancellation Policy prior to booking. We strictly adhere to our policies and always encourage guests to purchase optional travel insurance to cover unanticipated changes in travel plans.
