July 18-25, 2026 is available. Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in this 2 bed, 2 bath oceanfront condo. This amazing condo has spectacular views of the ocean and is .4 miles north of the Garden City Pier. The living room has acess to a private oceanfront balcony which is accessible from the master bedroom. The window in the master allows for beautiful ocean views from the bed. The complex has a private pool and sundeck. The space The unit has central heat and air, two cable equipped TV's, as well as WiFi. It is located on the top (3rd) floor so you won't have anyone staying above. Sleeping accommodations are limited to 5 and include 1 queen in the master, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom, plus a sleeper queen sofa in the living room. Common areas include a swimming pool, sun deck, beautifully landscaped grounds and an on-side first floor coin operated laundry room. The HOA does not allow smoking or pets. Please bring your own linens and towels or contact the owner upon booking for assistance with linen rentals. Maximum occupancy is 5 although 4 is suggested. No Elevator. Guests are allowed one parking pass. Guest access The condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per unit and we cannot accommodate trailers or golf carts. No smoking. Other things to note The minimum age for the primary renter is 25 and the primary renter must be present during the entire stay. Guests are only allowed 1 parking pass during the summer months (June, July and August). Maximum occupancy in the condo is 6 although suggested is 4-5.
