This fully furnished Casita close to the Texas Hill Country is the place for you. You will be just a short drive to a myriad of distilleries, breweries, wineries, restaurants, and parks in Dripping Springs and surrounding areas. Just a short 25 minute drive to Austin to take in the sites as well. The Casita is in the tree-filled backyard of a 1.5 acre home between Belterra and Driftwood. We have a shared Swimming pool and hot tub, 2 fire pits, corn hole and lounge chairs. The space Completely furnished and includes a brand-new washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, Large TV and fully stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc.) and countertop appliances. We also include all sheets, towels and a sampling of cleaning products to get you started. Enjoy coffee in the morning on your private porch and take in the view of the pool. Bring food to BBQ on the grill. We have everything you need and more. The owners live on the property in the main house but you will have your own keypad entrance and The casita is a separate stand alone house in a 1.5 acre property with a main house FREE WIFI and security cameras on property KING BED in the main bedroom and twin over full bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom FIRM: NO KIDS, NO Smoking and NO Pets ONLY 1 Car allowed on the driveway This casita is located in an HOA community so no parties/loud noise allowed Guest access Parking on driveway for 1 car NO trailers Other things to note Be prepared to enjoy the deer and other wildlife in the area.
