2 BR Treetop Bungalow in the heart of 12th South

The Treetop Bungalow is a private, cozy guest suite perfect for four people in the heart of our bustling 12th South neighborhood. We are just a stone's throw from the trendy boutiques, popular Nashville murals, and many tasty restaurants that call 12th South home. It features a private entrance, full kitchen, spacious bathroom, two full bedrooms and front yard garden patio table just for you. Our entire second floor is designed to give you a home away from home. We look forward to hosting you! The space Enjoy your coffee or tea in the comfortable, plant-filled seating area or outside amongst the garden beds. Check your emails or make phone calls from the desk space in the bright and sunny “yellow” bedroom. On the flip side, take a well-deserved nap in the “blue” bedroom that features blackout curtains. Enjoy all the amenities of a full kitchen if you so choose! Since we live downstairs, there is the potential for noise. We try to be mindful of our guests and request the same of you. Other things to note As an older home, some noise does travel between both floors, but most guests say they can’t hear us. We have a 4 year old, a newborn, and a friendly dog who barks occasionally and a piano in the house, so you might hear us every once in a while. We do provide sound machines and ear plugs in each of the bedrooms. If this poses an issue, then you may want to consider an alternative. If not, we look forward to hosting you!
